Our vast  experience in shipping, traffic management, logistics and sales. led to an idea in 2001 taking the lead of the travel industry.  As with the tourist industry two things were noted that we felt important and would greatly increase the satisfaction for shipping clients.

It sounds simple but as the shipping dates get closer almost all ship line management begin to offer discounts in a desire to fill to capacity.  In  most cases this discount is not passed along to the client but held to increase the freight company bottom line. 2nd: If clients are not satisfied with a business experience they will not use any service the second time and word of mouth is king in the service industry.  Since it is far easier and less expensive to keep a client as it is to find new ones we put our ideas to work with only one focus.
